1. Right at the beginning of the interview, they told me bluntly, “Let me be clear upfront: don’t expect work and non-work hours to be separate. We’ll keep updating you on the situation after work.” In other words, you’re required to remain on standby via messaging apps after work, with no overtime pay.

2. The salary is very low. After hearing your salary expectations, they repeatedly come up with reasons and excuses to cut your salary.

3. They ask extremely detailed questions about your résumé, including where you live and whether it’s on a main street or in an alley—as if conducting a background investigation. Their intrusive attitude is arrogant and makes people uncomfortable.

4. They do indeed ask about your zodiac sign and hold prejudices based on zodiac signs.

5. During the interview, the supervisor browsed LINE on their phone while interviewing me, which was very disrespectful to the interviewee.

6. From the job description, you assume that every position is permanent. Only at the very end, when you ask, do they tell you, “This position is a contract role.” It’s absolutely bewildering.

A company that shows no respect for people from beginning to end. I strongly do not recommend it.
