Pros
A certain manager is very rational and capable.
Cons
Work overtime until you’re dead. A certain manager has an extremely poor attitude and thinks you’re unsuitable if you don’t work overtime and sacrifice yourself for the company.
If you’re not willing to work yourself to the bone, you can consider other companies.
