You will fill out personnel information and take an aptitude test (if you were responsible for arranging employee trips, give five examples of how you would liaise with a travel agency), which takes about 30–40 minutes. Afterwards, there is an Excel skills test, which takes about 30 minutes. Finally, the interviewer will ask some questions about your résumé and introduce the position. If you pass this stage, there will be a second interview with a supervisor. The main responsibilities are calculating salaries and handling enrollment and withdrawal from insurance for part-time employees at branches throughout Taiwan. During peak seasons, there may be more than 100 people per day. Since the branches finish work at 5 p.m., the workload is usually busiest around 5:30, so overtime may be required.

The interview is somewhat long (about two hours), so it is best not to schedule another interview afterward. There may also be a second, or even a third, interview. It seems like this position would often require overtime. There does not appear to be much room for advancement, and the main responsibilities seem to be handled by one person alone.
