The colleagues are all very easy to get along with.
The boss is a second-generation heir who inherited the family business, and he has a very arrogant attitude. He is always saying that he is even more Japanese than the Japanese, and that he is very famous in Japan and everyone knows him.
The boss also has an extremely bad temper!
He thinks his own matters are the most important. He does not care whether employees are busy with their work and will constantly interrupt them, demanding that his matters be handled first.
If that does not happen, he will go crazy and fly into a rage!
He also often verbally attacks employees personally (e.g., “Who do you think you are? Are you here to do odd jobs? Do you have a brain?” etc.).
But he never thinks that what he says constitutes a personal attack!
He is also the person in charge of an exchange association and invites members of the association to the company for afternoon tea and conversation. We even have to make coffee and cut cake, meaning we cannot do our own work at all!!
Even more outrageous, when his own mother was ill, he still asked an employee to take his mother to the doctor!! He said he was very busy and had no time!!!
The whole situation is completely absurd!!!
