I have worked at your company for a little over a year. The company environment is fairly good, but unfortunately, the internal systems are overly complicated and chaotic. Rules are changed on a whim, and when subordinates have problems, no one provides timely assistance. They only step in to criticize and issue disciplinary actions after things have gotten out of hand, while telling other people to help you. No one will specifically guide you on technical matters or professional knowledge; please figure things out on your own, search for information online, and ask the technicians on site yourself. The main reason I stayed for a year was to use this opportunity to learn more professional knowledge and practical know-how. Those who lack initiative or need others to proactively teach them are not suited for this job. Here is the key point: business matters may still come and disturb your rest late at night after work. If you do not handle them or leave them on read without replying, you will immediately be singled out the next day. Job seekers, please think carefully. In conclusion: If you are willing to put in the effort, you can still learn a lot at this company, but you must rely on yourself.
The systems are terrible, the supervisors are terrible, and the compensation is terrible.
