If you just want to coast, this place is fine.
1. No year-end bonus; the bonuses for the three major holidays are not guaranteed. There are hardly any employee benefits, and the salary reported for labor insurance is even underreported.
2. The boss likes to make empty promises to persuade employees.
3. One person is expected to do the work of several people, often handling tasks outside their job scope.
4. Female employees had better not be too attractive or dress up.
5. The boss’s wife holds a position in the company. Matters related to money have to go through both the boss and his wife, but the two often fail to communicate, making it difficult for employees to get things done.
6. Employees do not clock in or out. It is a responsibility-based system, and it is best not to leave work on time.
7. Employees take turns serving as the duty person, sweeping and mopping the floors, cleaning the men’s and women’s restrooms, etc.
8. When a container shipment arrives, everyone—men and women alike—has to help handle the goods.
9. The boss stirs up trouble behind employees’ backs, causing misunderstandings among them.
10. High turnover; the overall atmosphere is bad.
