The boss keeps brainwashing people with the “empty cup” mindset and paints grand visions, expecting you to stay in this industry for at least five years.
The most outrageous thing is that, even though my current place of residence is Taipei, they insisted that I travel to other counties and cities for business. They said I should arrive at the office at 9:00 or 9:30 a.m., then ride down with my supervisor, gather around 5:30 p.m., and take his car back.
Okay, if you want employees to travel to other counties and cities, how long are they expected to spend away from home, including commuting time? And how much salary are you willing to pay your employees?
You claim that you also came from a sales background and can empathize with frontline employees, yet you offer such a pitiful salary?
People who go work for you are either overly submissive or have been brainwashed by you into having nothing but lofty ideals!
Oh, right, I forgot to mention: ideals can’t feed you. Please give me a reasonable and sufficient salary. Thank you.
