The environment is okay

The starting salary is only 23K.

The reason given is:

They repeatedly emphasize that it is because you have no experience,

and that they are letting you come in to learn while also receiving a salary, as if they were giving you an enormous favor.

They only want to hire people at the minimum wage.

You should be mentally prepared before joining.

You also have to sign an employee handbook containing many rules,

but the company keeps emphasizing that it complies with the Labor Standards Act. Whether that is actually the case remains to be examined.

One of the rules states that you must give two months' notice before resigning.

It is a small company with no established systems, where everything is decided by the boss.

When supervisors encounter situations involving their own interests, they are selfish; they appear harmonious on the surface,

but in reality they only think about themselves.

When subordinates do the same thing, they take it for granted,

but when they do it themselves, they complain that it is troublesome. The supervisors are impossible to communicate with.

There is all kinds of gossip and idle talk among colleagues, and people are two-faced.

The company is not large, yet it is a melting pot of bad influences.

Summary:

This is not a company suitable for staying at long term.

It is beautiful on the outside but rotten within.
