On the job bank, there are claims that meals are provided.

I’m not sure which meal is supposedly provided—I never received any.

They occasionally treat you to a meal, and there’s also a snack cabinet.

They often exaggerate how good they are to their employees, giving you beautiful illusions.

There is no overtime pay.

They say it’s a responsibility-based system and that your abilities are inadequate,

but other senior colleagues likewise stay until seven or eight at night.

The stated hours are 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

When you want to finish your work and leave at seven,

they start changing the rules.

As soon as you start work, they require you to complete a pile of tasks before leaving that day—

a workload that is completely impossible to finish in one day, forcing you to work overtime.

Every day, leaving at nine or ten at night is normal; 12-hour workdays are nothing unusual.

The starting salary is 25,000. Labor and health insurance only begin after you have worked for a month.

Because projects may require you to be on-site supervising work on holidays,

regardless of how long you stay or how many hours you work, each assignment pays only 500.
