生命之星國際股份有限公司

Cons

Regarding the company overall, the points are as follows:

1. Extremely high turnover; they are constantly looking for people, and someone often resigns less than two months after joining....

2. During the interview, I asked whether I needed to sign a contract and about other preparations required before joining the company. At the time, they did not say that I had to bring my own computer or sign a contract requiring a minimum employment period of one year.

Only after joining did I find out that I had to bring my own laptop and sign a contract... The boss installed surveillance cameras because they were afraid employees would steal confidential information (then why not prepare company computers for employees to use? It was utterly speechless).

3. There are hardly any benefits.

The benefits include three days of leave every six months, I guess... (But this doesn't count as a benefit.)

4. Overtime exceeding half an hour is paid as overtime, and there is a limit on the number of overtime hours. Overtime beyond that limit is not paid, nor is compensatory leave provided.

In addition, you must submit an overtime application to the boss on the day of the overtime work, and you can only work overtime after the boss approves it (and the hours are monitored very strictly because the company considers overtime pay a huge expense).

Regarding management and senior leadership, the points are as follows:

1. Before receiving the job offer, I was actually very hesitant about whether to join. I had asked around about the company's reputation... well...

Only after joining did I learn that all of the company's original partners had left. Based on this, I inferred that there must have been serious problems.

And later, as expected....

2. The boss believes whatever the managers say (whether or not the managers are telling the truth, the boss believes them unconditionally), which also leads to the managers... well... dealing with whoever they want.

Regarding the company culture--

1. It's hard to say. If you want to experience what it is like to be two-faced, a smiling tiger, and someone who changes attitude faster than turning a page, you can give it a try.

2. The atmosphere appears lively on the surface, but in reality it isn't... See for yourself.

Regarding the company's character--

1. Since the topic of character has come up, there are some things I won't say much about...

One thing worth mentioning is that after an employee resigns, they will be smeared in various ways... Regardless of whether they actually did something, everything is blamed on the departing employee.
