The colleagues are generally easy to get along with, and most people take their work seriously. However, the hardships and joys of the service industry are unavoidable, so this is a suitable place for anyone who wants to develop their patience and self-discipline.
Every department here has serious problems at the assistant-manager or manager level.
Some are incompetent, some cause division between themselves and other departments for no reason, some are unbelievably lazy, and there are even plenty of people who are unwilling to communicate.
The upper management is not unaware of this, but the fact is that they do not seem interested in addressing it.
Employees who work seriously are gradually beginning to wonder why they should give their all.
After all, managers behave in inexplicable ways, and as long as they pretend nothing happened when something goes wrong, everything is fine.
My philosophy in life is to muddle through, and my standards are definitely not high. But those people...
I had always naively believed that important positions should go only to the capable. Thank you to these people for teaching me a valuable lesson through their actions.
