Pros
The boss is quite generous and has a very good temper. They have strong design ideals, encourage employees to take the architect exam, and you can even go to the office to practice drawing on weekends. The salary is okay, and everything complies with the Labor Standards Act!
Cons
The Dragon Boat Festival and Mid-Autumn Festival bonuses are not much; the year-end bonus is just average.
