The boss is quite authoritarian. The company delays salary payments, and I've heard that it still owes wages to other employees. Promotion opportunities are limited. The boss often assigns tasks right before the end of the workday, forcing employees to work overtime. They also frequently ask about work progress on LINE after work hours.
