Stable work, monotonous and rigid.

On the surface, they say the salary complies with the Labor Standards Act, but they make all kinds of deductions, and what they pay is completely different from what was originally promised. They treat lower-level employees very poorly. When problems are reported, supervisors will not respond at all; they will only deliberately target you. The work environment is dull and oppressive, and colleagues engage in infighting. I have even witnessed verbal and physical bullying in the workplace before. Because it is a family business, there is zero opportunity for promotion—being reborn into a different life is more likely.
