Learning the most basic skills is okay.
The company lacks proper systems.
You can only weather difficult times together, and employee benefits will not change.
Overall benefits are below those offered elsewhere.
Six days off per month
The company does not have an atmosphere where you can take leave whenever you want.
Even taking statutory holidays off is not handled very readily.
As for benefits, there are only statutory holidays and labor and health insurance—nothing else.
Overall, once you join the company, you cannot focus on your work.
You must constantly fight for your own benefits.
The salary is not high because the company is giving everyone a platform.
