Pros
Stable, with a simple and friendly work environment. Most of the time, employees leave and arrive at work on time, and the company is highly tolerant of employees’ mistakes.
Cons
A family business with a boss who has a strong need for control. The company has quite a lot of boring and strange rules. It only needs obedient little lambs who do as they’re told, and its way of doing things is extremely inefficient.
