Helping care for them to gain dignity, happiness, and sustained health is truly rewarding.
Cons
A certain manager is really a problem! No doubt they are very capable, but they approach things entirely according to their mood.
The fact that this company has been recruiting for ages should tell you that the turnover rate is high...
