The boss is willing to teach.
The workday is 9 hours (excluding a 1-hour meal break)
The position is under a responsibility-based system, with no overtime pay
Working on holidays, with no overtime pay
Working overtime at the company's request, with no overtime pay
Occasionally, you are told at short notice that you need to work on a holiday
(only told on Friday)
They often assign you work right before the end of the workday
The boss's younger sister will correct your work. Regardless of how late you have worked overtime, you are expected to obey and keep making revisions
The editing software is outdated and practically no one uses it anymore
The company requires you to use this software
because it is the only one the boss knows
In other words, no matter how long you work there, it barely counts as work experience at all = =
There are many problems
They often ask you to download pirated images from the internet for use
They give you very low-quality images and expect you to figure out how to use them
When the boss treats everyone to a meal,
other employees get scolded by the accountant
What does that have to do with the other employees at all = =?
There are really a lot of problems
A negative five-star review
