Only HR will seriously review applicants' resumes

It was an enormous waste of the applicant's time. The interview process took three and a half hours from start to finish—what happened to your company's efficiency?

The interview consisted of three parts:

The first stage involved three tests (aptitude, logic, and personality): just write your answers.

The second stage was an interview with the department head. The department head spoke very thoughtlessly, treated boring things as amusing, and attempted to probe into the applicant's personal privacy, which made me extremely uncomfortable.

The third stage was an interview with the HR manager followed by a discussion of salary. The manager was very senior, but spoke in a way that was extremely difficult to understand. If you failed to give the answer they wanted, they would humiliate you for pretending to understand something you did not; they seemed like a very self-centered manager.

The employees at this company tend to be older, and almost everyone has been there for more than ten years.

I genuinely do not recommend it. If you have three and a half hours to spare, you would be better off applying for positions at other companies.
