The salary offered during the interview is not cut too much by the boss, and the pay is considered generous.
1. There is no clock-in/out or attendance registration system.
2. Overtime of at least 1.5 hours every day is mandatory; there is no overtime pay or compensatory leave.
3. Supervisors have poor emotional control, and long-serving employees may put on airs.
4. The office environment is messy and disorganized, and the equipment is outdated.
5. Apart from benefits for the three major holidays and one company trip per year, there are no other benefits.
6. The company is a family business, and everything is based on the boss's opinions.
7. When employees offer opinions, they should not argue back; they need to manage their own emotions. Respecting others is also respecting yourself.
8. A company suitable for fresh graduates and people with a submissive personality to join in order to toughen their minds and bodies.
