You don’t have to take responsibility for your work, there are no deductions for mistakes, and management is not overly harsh.
The company is rigid and seriously violates labor laws. None of the legally required rest periods are provided. Supervisors do not do the work they are supposed to do, and everyone is always ingratiating themselves with the supervisors. I am an employee at the Xindian branch, and the problems there are truly serious. It is severely understaffed and never hires enough people. When they do hire someone, they think everyone is idle all day and use excuses to drive people away. It is a terrible place, and the pay is also very low. I recommend thinking carefully before joining.
