The company is a long-established brand, so it should be quite stable.
It is the same company as “憶家香食品公司.”
The work environment is inside a factory.
Working hours are from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., under a responsibility-based work system.
There are eight days off per month, with Saturdays and Sundays fixed as days off. Other national holidays are not observed. During the Chinese New Year, only Lunar New Year’s Eve through the third day are taken off. There is no make-up work, so there are no substitute holidays either.
There are two days of overtime each month, and overtime can only be compensated with time off on weekdays.
There was no mention of the three major holiday bonuses or year-end bonuses.
The starting salary is relatively high, but the leave system follows that of the service industry. Those considering applying for an interview may use this as a reference.
