Pros

The following is purely a software engineer’s personal experience shared for everyone’s reference:

1. A place willing to provide graduates with no relevant experience, but who are enthusiastic, a stage on which to take their first step

2. From the boss to the colleagues beside you, you can feel a harmonious, family-like atmosphere and a passion for learning together

3. Rather than obstructing employees, the company encourages them to propose suggestions for improvement and technologies used at work

4. At the same time, people are very willing to share the technologies or knowledge they have learned, to the point that you cannot digest it all at once

5. Travel opportunities, snacks, badminton, occasional group meals, and regular reasonable salary adjustments

6. The boss’s wife is very considerate of employees’ needs, with flexible and reasonable working hours

Cons

1. It takes time to understand the proportions of team responsibilities and the allocation of authority and responsibility

2. Employees who are unable to participate in company trips due to other matters need to stay behind at the company

3. When the on-call duties were initially discussed, it was mentioned that there might be no more than approximately 15 on-call shifts per year. Although it did not reach 100% on-call every week, based on experience it still amounted to 60% per week

4. Because the position I applied for several years ago was primarily focused on program development, I was later assigned more maintenance work for various reasons,

but due to allocation issues, I could only accept this assignment at the same time

#Conclusion

Regardless, the above is purely a sharing of personal experience. In summary, this is a very suitable stage for developing from a rookie into a veteran.

If you have limited experience but are enthusiastic about program development, why not give both sides a chance!
