The salary and systems are very good by industry standards.

There is basic training. Although it is not particularly comprehensive, it is still fairly good compared with other agencies.

However, the company’s information regarding online advertising is not updated very frequently.

Most of it consists of Google advertising, and the company is genuinely good at handling that aspect.

However, its information on other forms of online advertising still needs to be updated and strengthened.

Originally, the company was described as being performance-oriented, offering stable work that could provide a steady, long-term income.

However, the company’s policies changed while the market did not.

As a result, it is the employees who suffer.

I find the behavior of the company’s senior management genuinely difficult to understand.

For example, they hope that we will sign contracts, but they are also extremely picky about clients.

Their tone is highly coercive, and their wording makes you uncomfortable.

Because the policy change forced us to accept voluntary resignation, this was truly very frustrating and helpless.

If you are considering applying, you really need to think twice, because this is not a job that offers much room for development.
