1. Many celebrities come to the restaurant to dine
1. Compared with the salaries at other barbecue restaurants, there is a tendency for the pay to be lower.
2. The company always has many different ideas, but the employees are the ones who end up exhausted.
3. The company really likes investing in sports games, but employee benefits and year-end bonuses are somewhat poor.
4. What I find most unbearable is that the company is always unable to distinguish between employees who work seriously and supervisors who only talk.
5. The company seems willing to spend money, but the money is not necessarily spent where it matters most.
6. The company keeps pursuing influencer marketing, but it has barely produced any results.
In summary, a company’s success or failure actually has a great deal to do with its owner.
I hope the owner can be wiser and not let employee turnover remain so high.
