Well-equipped, with a good working environment
Cons
When I first joined, I was attending night school and applied for the position as a part-time assistant.
The work involved assisting with drafting.
9:00–18:00, with a daily wage of 1,000 per day.
1. When the boss received a case
The boss only explained the overall concept and asked the employee to come up with ideas. (The employee asked whether there were any design requirements, and the boss said there were none.)
After the employee finished developing the idea, the boss criticized it, saying that the concept had many requirements.
2. The boss is not very specialized in the field.
While the employee was studying and practicing drafting, the boss was unable to produce sample drawings.
3. Wages were withheld.
Former and current employees were not paid unless they asked for their wages.
I resigned after being forced to work overtime.
(I had told the boss from the beginning that I was a student and asked whether this would be acceptable. The boss even praised learning as a good thing and said I should remember to attend class when I had lessons.)
My wages were withheld, and my daily wage was changed to $900.
The boss also taunted me, saying that you cannot have both fish and bear's paw, and accused me of having a poor attitude toward learning, lacking a sense of responsibility at work, and so on…
