Pros
Colleagues are easy to get along with
The lunch boxes near the company are pretty good
Cons
1. None of the colleagues around me had been with the company for more than two months, which in itself is a major problem.
2. They started requiring KPIs less than a week after I joined. I hadn’t even learned everything properly yet—how could I possibly meet them?
3. My supervisor checks in from time to time, and their mood is quite extreme.
