Pros
Pros to a short-sighted company like this? You've got to be kidding me.
Cons
The company supervisor is extremely petty and narrow-minded. After an employee appeals to the company's labor-management mediation committee and mediation takes place, the supervisor will make things difficult for the employee who filed the appeal afterward.
A supervisor and company like this are truly... the kind of company that would set Taiwan's economy back 10,000 steps. If you're thinking of joining, I urge you to check the reviews.
