The interview process was relaxed
The position I initially interviewed for was Software Test Engineer.
The person interviewing me was a young PM.
The interview process was mostly casual conversation with a few questions about professional knowledge.
There was no difficulty in the technical portion; it may even have exceeded the requirements of the position.
Business trips were almost entirely domestic, mainly to various hotels or companies in the audiovisual streaming (or cable TV) industry.
When discussing salary, the interviewer said there was an opportunity to earn an annual salary of NT$900,000–1,000,000.
They said it very casually, as if it were no problem,
but I felt that something was not quite right.
The company should not be offering such a high salary.
Sure enough, I heard nothing afterward.
Only after calling to inquire did I receive the answer that I had not been selected.
If you have a certain amount of work experience,
and your salary is already above entry-level,
you do not need to come here for an interview.
A small temple cannot accommodate a great Buddha.
Only consider it if you are not particular about the job or urgently need money and like traveling around.
