The female owner and supervisor are both extremely kind. The company is located in the owner's home, with a private and comfortable environment—even an air purifier is provided.
Because it is a small company with very few employees (only the owner, his wife, the junior owner, and one staff member), short-term leave is flexible and does not result in pay deductions. Sometimes, you can even eat lunch cooked by the owner's wife. The company fully covers labor and health insurance, and provides gift money for the three major holidays as well as a one-month year-end bonus.
The owner's wife is very gentle and respectful toward job applicants. You do not even have to start work immediately—you can take some time off to travel or try the job for one or two months.
Because the company is truly very small, the work is straightforward, so there may not be much room for promotion or career development. However, it is very suitable for people seeking stability or those with other financial support; the work environment is very comfortable and relaxed.
