My sincere advice to everyone looking for a job: don’t be deceived by this company!

I’ve seen several comments describing situations similar to mine, so it’s clear that this wasn’t specifically directed at me—anyone applying to this company could encounter the same thing.

This company is absolutely not trustworthy.

At the beginning of May, I passed two interviews with the company (one with HR and one with the CEO). That afternoon, after the interviews, they called to tell me I was hired, and I received the offer letter a week later. In mid-June, they called again to ask whether I had confirmed that I would be joining the company. I said yes, and that I was certain I would report to work at their company. Then, a week later—10 days before my originally scheduled start date (July 1)—they called and casually said, “Our marketing manager found a new team, so we’ll cancel your start date for now~” After hanging up, I called them back and said, “From the beginning of May, when I confirmed my acceptance, until now at the end of June, whenever other companies invited me to interview during these two months, I told them I had already confirmed that I was joining your company. Although we didn’t sign a contract, this was a matter of trust. I also completed all the other preparations, including the health examination and opening a bank account. If you were in my position, how would you feel?” Of course, she just kept apologizing and saying it was due to scheduling arrangements, and that many things could happen over two months. It was unbelievably ridiculous—it sounded like a complete excuse. There were only ten days left before I was supposed to start work!

I think my mistake was not insisting on signing a contract at the time.

I sincerely advise everyone not to join this company. You never know when you might inexplicably get fired.
