Most colleagues are fairly easy to get along with, but maybe it's all fake.

There is a female supervisor of the Muzi ethnicity whose emotions are volatile and unpredictable, causing a great deal of stress. After applying for position A and joining the company, I was forced to perform position B instead. The constant changes made employees feel insecure, and there have also been instances of violating the Labor Standards Act. All of this was ordered by this female supervisor. Also, some supervisors would band together to bully newcomers. Yet the higher-ups don't dare do anything to "him" and can only let him run wild.
