The environment makes it possible to decide immediately after the interview whether you are willing to join, so there is no need to spend time thinking about it.
1. A room that seemed to be an office? It was cluttered and poorly ventilated.
(The environment was uncomfortable; wearing a mask to the interview is recommended.)
2. Despite having agreed on a time, I waited for half an hour; the scheduling was poorly arranged.
3. They invited me to an interview but then said they could not offer the expected salary.
(So was I supposed to spend money on transportation and time coming there just to have them bargain down the offer?)
4. When I asked about the frequency of overtime, they said it depends on employees’ work efficiency, and overtime pay only starts counting after 30 minutes.
(It was obvious that overtime was regarded as the employee’s responsibility.)
5. Every employee had a blank expression, and the atmosphere in the company was cold.
