Pros
Occasionally, watermelon and boiled corn are available in the afternoon.
Cons
1) Poor communication between supervisors, who keep passing the buck, leaving those doing the work at a loss.
2) Project delays are often caused by the instructor's constant changes of mind and revisions, and ultimately the projects are abandoned without resolution.
3) The instructor who is always talking about salaries and costs actually spends very little time creating or providing guidance on work. At the beginning, they even said they would mentor newcomers?
