You can watch movies online while keeping an eye on people with the right pedigree.
If you are applying for a position on the 3rd floor,
people with no capabilities lead one or two people who actually know how to work, pretending to take on ODM projects, but in reality they only know OEM, so they have to find newcomers to handle the projects.
They recklessly bluff customers, push newcomers to present reports in meetings, dodge and evade when something goes wrong, and superiors protect people with the right pedigree. Everyone else travels for work until they are exhausted.
Basically, it is a terrible place where you learn absolutely nothing.
