I can't think of any advantages. I worked there for a very short time several years ago, so my memories are somewhat vague. This company is a computer reseller. It sells to the customers described in the company profile: first, it checks their requirements and provides a quote on the website, then obtains the products from upstream vendors and ships them.

1. The interview was very simple: writing the numbers one through ten, as well as converting among these three amounts: payment X plus 5% tax Y equals the after-tax amount Z.

2. This was back when salaries of 22K were being held up for ridicule, and the salary they offered was only slightly better than 22K.

3. They said there were an administration department and an engineering department, but the total number of employees was no more than ten, and the turnover among new hires was very high.

4. When hiring employees, they did not seem to know what they needed. People with accounting skills were pulled into other positions, while people without accounting skills were hired to do miscellaneous tasks and could not help with the accounting work. The engineering department mainly handled deliveries and assembled computers.

5. They said there would be no overtime, but what they meant was that you would not work past the end of the workday. They required employees to arrive early and prohibited them from going out during lunch. Those who arrived early had to clean, with the cleaning duties divided among everyone.

6. The boss had a loud voice, so even ordinary admonishments would turn into loudly berating people.
