Guanyin Plant 2 (Instrumentation and Electrical): The interviewer’s attitude was very poor; I don’t know what she was frowning about.
The salary listed on the recruitment website as NT$35,000–40,000 is just a gimmick.
In reality, the starting salary is in the low NT$30,000s. It only exceeds NT$35,000 after adding the mid-/night-shift allowance; regular day shifts do not receive this.
The annual salary is calculated based on the basic salary—ugh, it was really a waste of my time. The interviewing supervisor couldn’t explain anything professionally either.
A company with systems should be able to explain things professionally. At the very least, there should have been a basic test; not even having that is enough to reject them.
