The internal employees I encountered during the interview all seemed very happy. Overtime has to be requested before noon, so it seems that there isn't much overtime.
1X4 starts at 27–33K
But in practice, even with perfect attendance pay, it is less than 27K (for a 30-day month).
Salary varies depending on the number of days in the month. Since the base salary is kept very low, a 31-day month only adds six or seven hundred dollars, and February also means two fewer days of pay.
NT$1,000 for each of the three traditional holidays and NT$600 for birthdays. The salary structure is split into many different components, but none of them is a meal allowance, so there is no tax deduction.
Including all kinds of bonuses and perfect attendance pay, the monthly average for the whole year is only 27XXX. Pretty unusual—the first time I've seen it calculated this way.
