The office is very quiet.
The company's standard résumé consists of three pages: the first two cover your education and work experience, while the last page contains quite a few questions. Most of them are still about describing your work experience.
After completing the form, I took a 20-minute computer-based test. The company employees explained the testing process differently to each interviewee: some gave more hints, while others simply let you complete it on your own.
After finishing the computer-based test, I waited half an hour before the interview. It felt like the supervisor had not carefully reviewed my résumé, since all the questions asked were already clearly answered on it.
Only at the end did they say that the position being interviewed for was different from the one posted on the recruitment website. In total, an hour and ten minutes was wasted, and I felt very dissatisfied.
