1. The environment is fairly clean, and the HR staff are polite.
2. An official TOEIC score of over 550 obtained within the past two years exempts you from taking the English test.
1. The company supervisor’s attitude during the interview was extremely problematic.
2. During the interview, you will be asked to submit three extremely detailed personal-background forms (including your family members’ names, phone numbers, and occupations, as well as your national ID number and a headshot photo of yourself). Regardless of whether you are hired, they will take the forms and not return them. In other words, they will have complete access to your personal information. I advise candidates attending interviews to think carefully before filling out personal information before they have confirmed that they have been hired~!
3. The HR staff had done absolutely no preparation and didn’t know the answer to anything. The interview schedule was packed, but they were only proactive when collecting my personal information.
