Relaxed atmosphere
1. No one came out to open the door when I arrived for the interview, and no one answered the phone. It took about ten minutes to get in touch with someone.
2. During the interview, another colleague was brought in. After the interview questions were finished, that colleague began conducting an in-depth interview about his project requirements. Was the interview actually a free in-depth consultation?
3. They said they would notify me within 1–2 days, but I heard nothing by the fourth day. After I asked, they said they needed another week to consider.
4. After notifying me that I had been accepted, they said the next day that the process could not go through because the company had exceeded its headcount, and therefore recommended that I apply to other companies (which essentially meant I was not hired).
5. There has been no further news for a week.
It gave me the impression that they were “not trustworthy.”
