A 1.5-hour lunch break, three cats for company, and a mountain of fruit to enjoy every week.
Although overtime is supposedly based on your own progress, the work schedule is still very tight. If they suddenly tell you that you have to finish something today, you’ll have to work overtime!
Leaving the company was not a pleasant experience. They simply said, “You’re not suitable; this isn’t commercial design,” and asked me to leave. I feel that design itself is highly subjective. If there were so-called “commercial design templates” accepted by the company that employees could refer to, I would have left feeling truly convinced and satisfied. In addition, the company did not comply with the Labor Standards Act’s required notice period. I was notified very suddenly that day, and left the company after hurriedly handing over my work and packing up. I even had to privately ask HR for the involuntary separation certificate afterward. I sincerely feel that this was very unprofessional and disrespectful!
I recommend that anyone joining should be sufficiently experienced to hold their ground, and should also understand what the company considers to be “commercial design.”
