The colleagues at headquarters are all very nice, and there is no factional infighting.
1. When working at headquarters, you may be sweating profusely, with your clothes half soaked by the end of the workday, yet the boss probably won’t agree to turn on the air conditioning until June or July. The boss may even come over and turn off the air conditioning early before you’ve finished work. Yes, you’re the one paying the electricity bill, but we’re still working—could you please show us some respect?
2. Outside of summer, you can usually only use a small fan by your feet, and the individual workstations are cramped.
3. Headquarters employees take turns serving as the duty person responsible for cleaning the environment each week.
4. Every day, you have to go to the rooftop across from the company to do morning exercises and then return to work. You are only informed when you officially start work, which is absolutely bewildering.
5. On typhoon days, the boss decides whether employees need to come to work or can leave early.
6. The boss operates with outdated thinking and imposes many restrictions, so your ability to make an impact may be limited.
