During the interview, the general manager was extremely arrogant.
They expect one R&D person to handle multiple roles.
They asked what else I could do besides design, such as helping sales and working on-site.
They also asked whether I understood laser parameters, punch press parameters, and so on.
Conclusion:
It is a traditional manufacturing company that does not value development and focuses only on on-site work.
