HR conducted some initial inquiries and screening over the phone, helping both sides get to know each other better. Only after confirming that both parties were interested in proceeding did they schedule an interview with me.

The company atmosphere is friendly and harmonious. On the day of the interview, I happened to encounter them celebrating a colleague’s birthday, and at least two people came over to ask whether I wanted some cake. I was literally dying laughing XDDD

The interview process was quite relaxed and comfortable, more like chatting with the manager. There was no sense of pressure from a superior to a subordinate, and the manager answered every question.

An interview is a process where you interview the company and the company interviews you, so ask as many questions as you can think of!
