A simple environment. Colleagues do not scheme against each other. Leaving work on time. A very uneventful life.
Low expectations.
Work starts at 8:00 a.m., but you are required to arrive by 7:45 because the boss likes you to finish breakfast and sweep the floor before starting work promptly at 8:00. The boss constantly changes their mind: change, change, change—you revise the design again and again.
Change, change, change the policies; change, change, change. Full of empty talk, like a fish. Occasionally uses surveillance cameras to see what you are doing at work. Then expects the graphic designer not only to do graphic design, but also to promote products (such as doing livestreams). An outsider managing experts, with questionable aesthetic sensibility. You also have to do other graphic design work for the boss’s family. In short, nothing has any sense of aesthetics. For example, when designing a corporate identity system or typesetting a book, they think this kind of thing can be finished in half a day and ask why you are working so slowly. They will also proudly tell you that they bought a fake designer-brand bag or have done unethical things.
