None at all. This company is a nightmare—do not go there under any circumstances.
I applied for a graphic design position, but as soon as I started, they said, “Your designs are fine, but can you write copy?” They also expected me to take on a marketing role. In short, I had to do design, copywriting, and marketing all at once. The salary listed on 104 Job Bank was NT$26,000–30,000. Having to handle so many responsibilities for that pay is downright insulting.
The HR manager criticized everything during the interview. It was frightening, and they showed absolutely no respect for the interviewee.
