There are many women, but too many monks and too little porridge. Once you join, you'll know which group is the hungriest.
The work is unstable! When there are orders, you'll work crazy overtime. When there are no orders, get ready for an endless vacation. There is no system to speak of—it’s completely a one-person dictatorship! There is no cleanroom equipment, yet they demand cleanroom-level requirements. It’s not zero workplace injuries! Rather, they don’t allow injury reports. This is the first time I’ve heard of people wearing flip-flops to work, supposedly for anti-static protection~ If you’re applying, please be mentally prepared. Fortunately, I left early.
