The position involves making deliveries as an outside sales representative, and a company vehicle is available to ride. Overall, the work environment is okay; it is a family-owned business.
The benefits that should be provided are all included. Although there are two days off per week, there is no annual leave.
The morning start time is flexible because there is no clock-in system.
It is a small company with few employees.
The work is relatively easy and simple to learn: purely packing goods, sorting inventory, and making deliveries.
If you are applying for an outside sales position, I do not recommend it, because one of the current outside sales employees is very self-important and extremely unfriendly toward new outside sales staff.
They often put on an attitude of being a veteran employee.
Because the office environment is small and employees’ children are also there, it is often noisy, which can be very irritating.
The salary is actually somewhat different from what was posted on yes123 above; it is lower by approximately NT$700–800.
