The work environment is bright, people are friendly, and the training is comprehensive.
The position I interviewed for was a consultant role.
1. The company's application form required answering some insignificant questions.
2. The personality test also contained a bunch of bewildering questions, e.g., “Do you have an Oedipus complex???”
3. The leave policy provides for eight days off per month, with national holidays calculated separately.
4. During the conversation, I discovered that the turnover rate was high, and most colleagues were newcomers.
The HR representative made a very poor impression during the interview, constantly promoting how good the company was and how comprehensive its resources were, while also talking about their life experiences. But I wanted to understand the job responsibilities!!!! (In retrospect, if the training really were that comprehensive, why was the interview so unfocused?)
